Byron Holt was introduced to me earlier this year, as someone who could block manage the Millwright Building whose many problems had overwhelmed the previous managing agent. Byron immediately set to sorting the buildings myriad issues and within weeks the building was turned around and heading back towards respectability. Additionally, Byron regained the support of the very many dissenting leaseholders, and harmony has returned.
